All rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and are similarly subject to availability, a minimum number of nights stay, and a certain number of sharing guests. Although rooms may be available at the time of enquiry, rooms available under special offers will however be limited. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, The George Boutique Hotel does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of listed hotels and products.

Deposits / Confirmations
In order to confirm your reservation, we require your credit or debit card details at the time of booking. A deposit of 5% of the total value of your on-line reservation will be applied at the time of your reservation so as to guarantee your booking. Unless otherwise requested, we will email a confirmation of your reservation to your nominated email address.

Cancellation
If you cancel your booking 7 days from your date of arrival, we will not apply a cancellation charge and we will refund your deposit; if you cancel between 7 days and up to 24 hours from your date of arrival, we will charge the 1st nights stay to your credit/debit card and retain your deposit; if you fail to cancel your reservation, the entire cost of your reservation will be charged to your credit/debit card including your deposit.

Accuracy
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, The George Boutique Hotel does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of listed hotels and products.

Gift Vouchers
The following terms and conditions apply to gift vouchers sales:

* Vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented on arrival
* Vouchers are not reservations. Reservations must be made in advance via telephone by calling the hotel directly, quoting the voucher reference number.
* All reservations are subject to availability.
* Vouchers are valid for new bookings only.
* Vouchers are only valid for the value specified and any additional charges must be paid directly by the guest.
* All vouchers are valid for 24 months from date of purchase, unless specified otherwise.
* The George Boutique Hotel cannot accept responsibility for any vouchers that are mislaid, lost or stolen.
* Only original and unaltered vouchers will be honoured.
