my family and myself have just recently had a trip to limerick from australia.. and we stayed at the george hotel for 2 weeks while on holidays there… we couldnt believe how good the hotel was upon arrival and departure.. the service was first class and staff was friendly every day of our stay.. we found it had all the facilitys that we needed for a very enjoyable stay while in another country.. we would and have highly recomended the george hotel to all our friends back in australia to stay there if they stay in limerick.. micheal o’grady… Stayed August 2011, travelled with family

Following reading our earlier review on the noise from the nightclub under our room over the Christmas period the manager made contact through trip advisor and invited us to contact him on our next trip to limerick, top marks for follow up….. Stayed December 2011

First time staying at The Geogre and I cant compliment them highly enough.The staff were professional and very friendly. Great location within the city for whatever you need. The rooms were comfortable, moderm and with free WiFi felt right at home. The Bar was lively and the food was a real treat. I intend to stay here again when ever I am in Limerick….. Really nice hotel, welcoming entrance and friendly staff!! Lovely room- big and nicely furnished. Handy location just footsteps from the cities shops and bars. Had a really nice meal in the restaurant. I have a food allergy and the staff were more than accommodating to meet my needs! Overall very good stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Limerick…. Stayed December 2011, travelled with friends
